INSTALLATION TIP: It is very important that the glass be clean. Use a scrapper to remove any paint splatters or hard materials that may be stuck to the surface. The glass should be very clean, before starting the installation process.
- After cleaning, but before starting to apply, WASH YOUR HANDS. This prevents dirt and oils from your hands from getting between the film and the glass as you apply it.
- Remove film from backing paper before getting the product wet.
- INSTALLATION TIP: Completely wetting the glass and the product makes it easiest to position the film on the glass & squeegee out air bubbles. Eyebrow or Transom Window Tips:
Use Blue Tape (Painters Tape) to hold the corner edges in place while installing the film. Peel back one side at a time and wet down with water and squeegee out, before moving to the other side.

Large Door/Window Tips:
Place a piece of blue type (Painters Tape) in each of the upper corners.
Unroll approximately 1/3 of material from backing.
Place smooth side of material on glass surface "DRY" and secure in by rubbing it on the glass, then pull blue tape down to secure in place.
Reaching behind the product, pull the remaining backing off of the material, working your way down to the floor.
With backing completely off, use a spray bottle of water pull the bottom up off the glass approximately 1/2 up the glass and start misting the glass as well as the material, let material drop back down onto the surface of the glass. Mist the front of the material lightly.
Next peel the top down to where you started the bottom or 1/2 way down. Use your arm to support the material in mid air, like you would a towel. Mist the top glass and the material thoroughly.
Place the material onto glass and mist the front of material.
Slide material around on the glass until your happy with it, and start squeezing water out. Squeegee right up to the edge of the glass, if you need to trim material use an exacta knife and your squeegee as a guide to cut at the edge of the glass. Squeegee out more water, and your done.
Large Air Pockets TIP:
It is easiest to squeegee out the air bubbles if you use your water spray bottle to wet the front of the film before squeegee, also use the side of your hand/palm to gently push larger air pockets out, before using your squeegee to finish up.

Product will not stay on my glass:
This issue usually happens for just 2 reasons.
1- you have placed the product on the glass surface back wards, meaning the smooth side was not placed on the glass side. If the product uncurls and starts to fall off, wet the product completely before removing it and turn it over onto the glass, (make sure glass is wet as well) and then squeegee out the water.
2- the glass surface was treated with a "Rain A-way" type product, which will not let your product adhere to the glass surface. You must thoroughly clean the glass surface with a good quality strong Windex type solution or a good solution of vinegar & water. Then re-apply your product, as per the instructions above.
Material not laying flat TIP:
If an edge of the material tries to roll up and will not lie flat, use a hair dryer on a low heat setting to warm the material until it is becomes pliable. Turn off heat and hold in place for 60-90 seconds or until material cools to room temperature.
